How do you measure visibility in ChatGPT or Perplexity?
We run a structured query bank — typically 40–120 queries per engagement, built from your existing keyword data plus buyer questions your team hears directly — and record whether your brand, domain, or specific claims appear in the generated answer. We check it monthly and index the result against the same query bank for your named competitors.
Is this different from traditional SEO?
Different in execution, complementary in intent. Traditional SEO optimises for crawlers and ranking algorithms. AI visibility optimises for language models trained on a web corpus and their citation behaviour at inference time. Schema markup, citation density, and topical authority matter to both, but the structural signals that get a passage extracted diverge from the signals that get a page ranked.
Can you guarantee we get cited by ChatGPT?
No, and any agency that promises it is selling you something that doesn't exist. LLM outputs are probabilistic — the same query can return a different set of cited sources twice in a row. We maximise the structural and citation signals that correlate with inclusion; the model makes its own call at inference time. What we guarantee is the methodology, the reporting cadence, and the 90-day exit clause, not any single model's output.
How quickly will we see results?
Brand mention rate in third-party sources typically lifts within 60–90 days, since that work runs through outreach and publication timelines outside our control. Direct citation inside a high-competition category takes 3–6 months, depending on your authority baseline going in and how often the model you're targeting gets retrained.
