Refund Policy

This policy governs the delivery and refund terms for digital services and products purchased through ThrillSEO.

Delivery of digital goods

All deliverables (strategy documents, audit reports, content briefs, and access to digital resources) are delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase or engagement. Delivery occurs within 24 hours of purchase unless a different timeline is specified in the engagement agreement.

A confirmation email with download links, access credentials, or delivery instructions will be sent upon dispatch. Delivery is deemed complete when the email is sent to the address provided.

Non-delivery

If you have not received your deliverable within the agreed timeframe, contact us within 48 hours at [email protected]. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address or email filtering.

Returns and refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are only permitted if the digital goods or services are proven defective or materially not as described. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to [email protected] with a clear description of the issue.

For ongoing retainer engagements, all agreements include a 90-day exit clause. See your engagement agreement for the specific terms.

License

Unless otherwise stated in your engagement agreement, deliverables are licensed to you for internal business use only and may not be resold or redistributed without written consent.

Policy changes

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
